Starting his career in 2003 amidst the liberalization of the Dutch energy market, Pascal has actively been involved in the change from a closed monopolistic market to the current unbundled situation, working in all areas of the energy sector, from energy- production, supply, distribution and metering. With a strong personal interest in the Energy Transition, Pascal has a clear vision of the transition and the impact on the energy systems. Although he has an economical background, his technical affinity and energy experience enable him to bridge the gap.
