Meredith is the Head of Clean Power research at BloombergNEF, a leading market research provider. She oversees BNEF’ global coverage of solar, wind and electricity grids – and the critical role these play in the energy transition. Recent outputs include the biannual Renewable Energy Investment Tracker, Global Wind and Solar market outlooks and benchmarking grid investments relative to a net-zero path. Meredith has over a decade experience in the energy industry spanning power, business strategy, natural gas, carbon, hydrogen, low-carbon heating and solar. She holds a MSc in Environmental Economics and Climate Change from the London School of Economics and a BA in Economics from Williams College in Massachusetts, including an exchange at the University of Oxford.
