Mehmet Serif Sarikaya has worked in the energy sector since 2015 and has experience in natural gas distribution, hydrogen, biomethane, solar and energy storage. He holds a PhD in energy from Istanbul Technical University. He specializes in energy sector market analysis, business development, regulation and R&D programs. He has strong national and international project management experience in the energy distribution sector, including digitalization, location optimization, smart meters, equipment supply management, customer service technologies, training centers, decarbonization of gas networks, technical and economic feasibility studies. He serves on committees of international gas organizations such as IGU and GERG. He has several publications and presentations on natural gas distribution, hydrogen, and renewable gases.
