Industrial Mechanical Engineer by the University of Zaragoza, and PhD on Energy Poverty. MBA by ESADE, Master in Renewable Energy Sources and Master on Energy Efficiency and Energy Markets. He is also certified energy auditor in Industry and Building by ENAC. He has been associated teacher at the University of Zaragoza.

He brings a broad experience of over 26 years at private companies. Since 2010, he works at CIRCE as project manager in several R&D and EU funded projects in the energy field. He has also collaborated in over 26 EC-funded projects in the FP7 and H2020 programmes. He has co-authored several papers and congress participations in topics about energy sustainability, environmental impact assessment and energy efficiency. He is currently coordinating the frESCO Project “New business models for innovative energy service bundles for residential consumers” GA  (14 partners, 5 M€).
