Jo Egan
Jo joined AGL Energy in Australia in 2008 and held several senior executive roles across the retail business before being appointed as Chief Customer Officer in June 2022.
She is a customer-focused executive, with two decades of leadership across product, sales, marketing, and channels and more than 17 years specialised in the Australian energy industry.
Jo holds a Masters of Business Administration and Management from Deakin University, is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a member of Chief Executive Women.
