Hália is currently a member of the Management Team of Client Solutions Platform at EDP, with the responsibility of New Markets & Special Projects, B2B Product Development and B2B Back-office operations.

She joined EDP in 2006 as Senior Project Manager in the Mergers & Acquisitions division and later joined EDP Gás as Business Development Director in 2008. After, Hália held a Corporate Director role in charge of Regulation, Planning and Business Development at EDP España (2011-2015), led the B2C Energy Supply Segment and Operations at EDP Comercial (2015-2021) and was a Board Member at EDP Inovação (2021-2024).

Hália started her career in 1999 in investment banking, in Deutsche Bank and later in Haitong, before moving to a role as Project Manager in the Mergers and Acquisitions division at Galp Energia in 2002.

Hália holds a degree in Economics from Universidade Nova de Lisboa and an Executive MBA from London Business School.
