Dr. György Budik is the Chief Operating Officer of MVM EGI, a company constantly operating since 1948, developing, engineering, supplying and constructing environmentally friendly cooling solutions for medium and large size industrial and power applications worldwide. In this role, he oversees the operational tasks of the company, including Design & Application Engineering, R&D, Project Management, Procurement and Logistics. He is about to start his 14th year at the company, holding roles of increasing responsibility.

He holds an MSc and a PhD from BME (Budapest University of Technology and Economics) in the field of mechanical engineering. He is a member of the Public Body of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences.

He is an avid sailor, hunter, and sports shooter in the limited spare time his profession and his 3 children allow.
