Gro Wæraas de Saint Martin has more than 25 years experience in the energy sector, covering different areas such as R&D, environmental affairs, grid design and offshore interconnector project and programme management. She joined RTE’s offshore team in 2014, and is currently Director Strategy & Develoment offshore grids and interconnectors. She’s also involved in ENTSO-E’s Offshore Steering Group, the Steering Group of the Eurobar initiative and a member of EU’s Offshore Renewable Working Group set up under the Clean Energy Industrial Forum
