Eva holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Cooperative Education in Rhein-Main, Germany. In 2011, she joined PWC as a consultant specialising in Capital Markets and Accounting Advisory services, after which she joined 50Hertz (Elia Group’s German subsidiary) as an Expert in Consolidation and Reporting in late 2014. In 2018, she took part in the year-long Elia Group Faraday Programme, which allowed her to further her change and leadership skills; she also took on the role of project manager for robotic process automation (RPA). As part of this, she set up an RPA Centre of Excellence for the whole of Elia Group; this involved formulating an overall vision for the Centre, establishing its governance structures and setting up a team structure for its work. In May 2020, she became Technology Innovation Manager for Elia Group, which involves designing innovation projects and services which are related to HR and finance. She is also the lead of the TechLab, which focuses on identifying and exploring unique disruptive technologies. Over the course of her career, Eva has sharpened her expertise in areas including digitalisation, innovation and project management in the energy sector.
