Eric Suñol is a co-founder and Partner at Inveniam Group, an innovation advisory boutique firm, and serves as the CEO at Carbonfields, a biomass-to-bioproducts plant developer.
His diverse background includes roles as an entrepreneur, consultant, and transaction advisor with expertise in business strategy and development, business model innovation, open innovation, start-up and early-stage ventures across various industries, with a strong emphasis on sustainability.
Before co-founding Carbonfields and Inveniam, Eric worked as a consultant, where he played a crucial role in setting up a major Spanish incubator. His insights and strategic guidance have been instrumental in supporting startups and researchers.
Additionally, Eric has held positions within a power and gas corporation, gaining valuable experience in the energy sector. His expertise extends to investment banking, where he contributed to financial decision-making. He holds a PhD in Economics from the New School for Social Research in New York.
