Eric Perrier has been working in the power industry for 15 years; he has a deep understanding of power systems and innovation management.

At Enedis (a wholly owned distribution subsidiary of EDF), Eric leads the teams that develop innovative solutions and applications to improve distribution networks O&M and customers quality of service based on the smart metering infrastructure.

His department brings together the necessary expertise (telecom, hardware knowledge, cyber security, etc.) required to manage and develop use cases based on Linky data (Enedis AMI name) and provide technical assistance to Smart Metering projects worldwide.

Eric also manages the Enedis Lab, the company in-house testing laboratory for smart meters, network communication devices, and IoT equipment.

Prior to his position at Enedis, Eric was deputy Chief Sales Officer at Cyclife, EDF subsidiary for nuclear waste treatment and nuclear power plant dismantling services.

Mr. Perrier started his career as deputy to the nuclear counselor for the French Embassy in Tokyo.

Eric Perrier holds an Engineering Master Degree in Computer Science & Sustainable Development (2002 - 2005) from Ecole Polytechnique, France most prestigious Engineering School, a Master degree in computer science from the University of Tokyo.
