Dominique Gabioud is a Professor for Industrial IoT and Operational Technology at the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Western Switzerland (Haute Ecole Spécialisée de Suisse Occidentale, HES-SO). He’s a specialist of  distribution information systems for smart grids, with main interest in smart metering technologies, communication protocols and ontologies for smart grids, and building integration into energy grids
