Mr. Boris Kvizda is a Senior Researcher at VUJE Slovakia, Division of Nuclear Safety, Research, and Development. His expertise lies in thermal-hydraulic simulations of nuclear power plant units. Since 1997, he has been involved in numerous projects, including licensing simulations for VVER 440 units, the preparation of Emergency Operating Procedures for nuclear power plants, and the Verification and Validation of thermal-hydraulic codes and models.
Currently, Mr. Boris Kvizda is one of the leading experts sheltered by the V4G4 Centre of Excellence, contributing to R&D activities aimed at designing the Gas cooled Fast Reactor demonstrator, ALLEGRO.
