Boris is leading the Open Source Program Office (OSPO) and the sustainable IT strategy at the French electricity Transmission System Operator (RTE). With 15 years of experience in managing and directing IT projects, followed by a stint in the company’s purchasing department (responsible for a portfolio of 350 million euros per year), he has been a manager for 10 years. He's now a member of the Direction team at the R&D and board representative member in the Technical Advisory Council at Linux Foundation Energy (lfenergy.org).
