Benedikt Ziegert is a Senior Associate with Aurora's advisory team. Since 2017 he has been active in the energy sector. He built his expertise around energy storage and solar energy in combination with power markets and subsidy schemes.

Before joining Aurora, Benedikt worked for enervis energy advisors, where he set up the solar energy practice. He advises clients on revenues forecasts for solar, hydrogen and storage assets, PPAs, market entry decisions and techno-economic portfolio optimisations. Benedikt holds a Master of Science in industrial engineering from Technical University of Berlin. Beside his studies he also gathered practical experience in the steel industry and in battery production development.
