Speaker Profile

How can I upload my profile to the event website?

We upload / update your profile to our website as soon as you send us your updated detail form (download here) to Conference@enlit-europe.com,  together with your photo (send us a photo in high resolution, image file format - JPG/EPS, 300 dpi - click here for photo format guidelines.


Does Clarion Energy provide speaker honoraria?

Clarion Energy is unable to provide speakers honoraria.


What are the deadlines for contributors?

Check the Speaker Portal Homepage for all contributors' deadlines.


Do contributors need to register for the event?

Yes, you will need to register for your Contributor pass. Please use this link to register as soon as possible: https://enlit-europe-2023.reg.buzz/speaker-registration.

AV Equipment

Will there be audiovisual equipment available in the Summit rooms?

There will be audiovisuals ready for contributors in the Summit area.  Please refer to the 'Your Contribution' block on the Speaker Portal Homepage to view what audiovisual equipment will be available.  Should you have any special requests for additional audiovisual equipment, contact us at exhibitor@enlit-europe.com


When will I need to submit the final presentation?

The deadline for uploading your final presentation is 24 November 2023. Please keep a lookout on the 'Your Contribution' block and the 'Important Deadlines' section on the Speaker Portal Homepage to find the latest information about your presentation upload.


When will I be able to check my presentation?

Once you have collected your badge at the registration area in the event venue, you can check your presentation at the Speaker HQ (Summit area).

Please report to the session location where you are scheduled 20 minutes before your session is due to start.

Promote Your Participation

As a contributor, can I provide my colleagues and network with discounted rates to attend the Summit?

Yes, you will be able to invite your colleagues and your network to register for free and attend the Exhibition and the Hub Sessions, or to register for the Summit at a 25% discount.

How can I promote the event among my network? 

We provide you with ready-to-use banners and tips to help you promote the event to your network in an easy and effective way!  Check out the "Promote your Involvement" section on the Homepage.

What is the difference between the Summit Programme and Hub Sessions Programme?   

The Summit Programme has a main focus on the strategic themes causing shifts in the energy industry. Designed with the objectives of our community in mind, this high-level knowledge-sharing programme features key themes crucial for achieving a fully integrated and interconnected energy system. 

The Hub Sessions Programme complements the extensive range of top-level solution providers on the exhibition floor, with a 3-day programme that offers practical topic-led content involving practical projects. The sessions are dynamic and engaging and free to attend for all visitors who visit the exhibition.
