What is EIT InnoEnergy
EIT InnoEnergy is the sustainable energy engine of Europe. Founded in 2010 by the European Institute of Innovation & Technology with the mission of accelerating Europe’s energy transition. Nowadays, we bring together ideas, inventors, students and industry.
EIT InnoEnergy Master School is the go-to destination for current and aspiring sustainable energy engineers. All our programmes are double-degree, two-location programmes which are offered at some of the highest-ranked technical universities and business schools across Europe. As a result, students are trained in innovation & entrepreneurship, in addition to top engineering skills.
At the EIT InnoEnergy Career Services we provide expert professional support to ensure our talents make a smooth and empowered transition into the labour market. This is achieved through activities such as the Career Impact Programme. The Career Impact Programme is a 12-month professional development journey that is fully aligned with EIT InnoEnergy Master’s programmes.
Expertly designed to bring depth and context to the academic and technical work of our students, the Career Impact Programme is built on one-to-one coaching, dynamic interaction with industry experts, real-world exposure, and continuous, personalised feedback on our student’s progress.
As a result, they develop:
- A rock-solid understanding of industry requirements and the realities of working life
- The practical skills and confidence to create value from day one
- A road map to deliver significant and lasting impact across their future career
The Career Impact Programme finishes with the EIT InnoEnergy Career Impact Challenges, where students put their learning into practice by solving real-life challenges.
Organised by the EIT InnoEnergy’s Career Services during Enlit Europe, the EIT InnoEnergy Career Impact Challenges connect students with real-life energy projects of major European energy companies.
In the Career Impact Challenges, the brightest international student teams compete to conceive innovative sustainable solutions for current challenges in the energy industry and are an excellent way for EIT InnoEnergy Master’s students to demonstrate their skills, expertise and creativity.
The EIT InnoEnergy Career Impact Challenges offer participants great match-making opportunities with industry leaders and a unique opportunity to extend their network.
