Vlatka Kamenić Jagodić is an accomplished marketing director with more than 25 years of experience in the energy sector. For the past six years, she has led Marketing and Corporate Communications at KONČAR Group, Croatia’s largest exporter with references in more than 140 markets worldwide.

During her leadership, KONČAR completed a comprehensive rebranding aligned with the company’s strategic repositioning in the global industry. She introduced the Group’s first innovative international media campaigns across digital and traditional channels, supported by redesigned websites and an enhanced presence on social media.

Vlatka is committed to advancing KONČAR’s role in the green transition and sustainable business development, promoting the company’s century-long heritage through impactful international communication initiatives.

Her previous career includes establishing and leading the first marketing campaigns, strategic business and marketing guidelines, and customer engagement programmes at a major national power company.

Her work has been recognised through numerous marketing awards.

She holds a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Zagreb and an Executive MBA in Strategic Communications from Algebra Bernays University.
