For more than 25 years, Martin has played a key role in shaping Austria's data center and digital infrastructure landscape—by establishing high-performance locations, leading dedicated teams, and working closely with partners across Europe.

As Managing Director of Digital Realty Austria—and previously Interxion—he had the opportunity to lead the development of the Vienna site from a national pioneer to a key European hub for cloud, AI, and connectivity.

His focus has always been on combining technical excellence, sustainable growth, and strategic partnerships to strengthen Austria's digital sovereignty in the long term.

His tenure at Digital Realty ended at the end of December 2025. At the same time,  he continued his role as President of the Austrian Data Center Association (ADCA) with full passion – to further promote exchange, sustainability, and innovation within the Austrian and European data center industry.

He remain convinced that a sustainable digital infrastructure is a crucial foundation for the economy, society, and innovation, and he will continue to actively work to shape this vision.
