Prior to joining Proxima Fusion, Eszter worked with European and US policymakers, advising on energy policy and international financing. She has a long track record of building coalitions between public and private actors and translating complex negotiations into lasting policy outcomes that strengthen industrial competitiveness and energy sovereignty.
