Bernhard Haider is a senior energy executive with extensive international leadership experience across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. As Senior Vice President at ContourGlobal, he oversees the company’s Austrian operations and has held key financial and strategic roles - including CFO of the European Renewable Division - managing major renewable portfolios spanning hydropower, solar, and wind assets. 

Prior to ContourGlobal, he served as Partner at PwC in both the Middle East and Austria, leading energy and infrastructure financing practices across the Levant and North Africa. His advisory work supported large‑scale renewable projects, sector reforms, and complex financial restructurings for governments, regulators, and utilities.
