Session: Women in energy: Inspiring the next generation

Although the energy industry has made progress in addressing its long-standing gender imbalance in recent years, much work still needs to be done. This special session brings together inspirational women currently working in energy, ranging from just beginning their career to reaching the pinnacle of it to inspire the next generation of women by sharing their experiences, discussing the need to address the gender imbalance once and for all and explaining why there’s never been a better time for young women to join the industry as we seek to transition to a low-carbon future.
