AUDIOWELL High Temperature Ultrasonic Flow Transducer: High temperature resistance up to 240°C!
High Temperature Ultrasonic Flow Transducer:High-precision flow transducer with high temperature resistance of 240°C.
AUDIOWELL High Temperature Ultrasonic Flow Transducer is a liquid medium ultrasonic transducer, using high pressure resistant stainless steel and ceramic materials, highly sealed design, can be in direct contact with the liquid. These processes make it avoid the problem of unstable pressure and heat resistance, making the performance more stable, reducing the interference of environmental factors on signal output and reception, and effectively improving the response sensitivity of the product. Assembling High Temperature Ultrasonic Flow Transducer in ultrasonic heat meter can effectively improve the measurement accuracy of ultrasonic heat meter. In addition, the product is suitable for liquid flow measurement and can be used as a liquid flow sensor.
Accurate ultrasonic measurement technology
High Temperature Ultrasonic Flow Transducer detects the flow rate by means of ultrasonic measurement technology, and then derives the flow rate magnitude from the flow rate. There are no other moving parts inside the ultrasonic heat meter using it, and no eddy currents are generated. The transducer measurement does not affect the fluid movement flow rate, direction, etc., low pressure loss, so that the instrument measurement results are more accurate.
High temperature resistance up to 240°C
AUDIOWELL High Temperature Ultrasonic Flow Transducers are available in ceramic and stainless steel housings. They can withstand temperatures up to 240°C for ceramic housing and 120°C for stainless steel housing. The transducer does not affect the measurement accuracy even when used in continuously boiling hot water, guaranteeing that the ultrasonic heat meter outputs highly accurate measurement results.
Withstand 2.5MPa pressure
Compared with plastic housing material, the stainless steel and ceramic housing materials used in the AUDIOWELL High Temperature Ultrasonic Flow Transducers are more rigid, and the products can withstand 2.5MPa pressure for a long period of time, which is much higher than similar transducers on the market with a pressure resistance of 1MPa.
