Acme Exhibits Advanced Electric Boilers at 2023 ENLIT Europe Exhibition
“ENLIT is an excellent opportunity to provide visibility of our best-in-class HVACR products for OEMs, contractors, engineers, and others searching for the latest advances to assist them in their efforts,” said Robert Presser, Vice President of Acme Engineering Prod., Inc.
“This year we are highlighting how zero emission, economical electric steam and hot water boilers can deliver maximum heating and kilowatts in a minimum spatial footprint,” said Presser. “Attendees can see a demo of Acme’s advanced electric boilers at booth number 7.3.A50 during the expo.”
High-capacity electric boilers, used for residential and commercial district heating, can also heat process water. Auxiliary boilers supply turbines with steam when high output is required quickly. The boilers can also supply auxiliary power virtually on demand.
Acme’s CEJS High Voltage Electrode Steam Boiler produces maximum amounts of steam in minimal floor space, with boiler capacity from 6MW to 60MW. The boiler operates at existing distribution voltages, 4.16 to 25 KV with up to 99.9% efficiency, and can produce up to 170,000 pounds of steam per hour. With pressure ratings from 7 BAR to 38 BAR, the boilers are designed to ASME Section 1 or PED, and are certified, registered pressure vessels at the location of the boiler.
Acme is an ISO 9001:2015 certified manufacturer of environmental controls and systems with integrated mechanical, electrical and electronic capabilities.
