♦ Exhibitor Drinks
All exhibitors are invited to join us for the Exhibitor Drinks Reception on 27 November, 17h00-18h00, at the Le Bistrot Restaurant in hall 7.2 - Atrium. We look forward to seeing you there!
♦ Registration & Exhibitor Badges
You have received an email with the barcode you can scan at the entrance to get your badge. This barcode is also available in the event app.
If you have not received this email or can’t find it, go to the Information Desk (main entrance of pavilion 7).
You can pick up your Exhibitor / Exhibitor Delegate badge in the registration area (main entrance of pavilion 7) from Monday 27 November, 10h00 onwards.
If you still need to register Exhibitor badges for your team, go to the Register my Staff page.
♦ Exhibitor and Stand information
For questions related to your booth or to add on-site orders, contact our suppliers at the Exhibitor Service Centre in hall 7.3, stand 7.3.C10.

♦ Build-up passes
It is mandatory to register for a build-up pass - click here to learn more. If you are already on-site and didn't pre-register, please go to Pavilion 7 via one of the entrances/loading doors and you can register there via a QR code to obtain your mandatory wristband.
♦ Lead Scanners

♦ Meeting Room Keys
You can pick up your meeting room key in the Exhibitor Service Centre, stand 7.3.C10, hall 7.3.
♦ Cloakroom
The cloakroom is located at the main entrance of Pavilion 7. Open daily from 30 minutes prior to and until 30 minutes after show hours. Please note that a fee of €2 per item will apply.
♦ ATM
ATMs will be available in front of Pavilion 7, at the Info Point located on the left side of Gate A2, and outside Pavilion 1.
Enlit Europe 2024
If you’d like to reserve a booth and/or discuss your plans for Enlit Europe 2024 (22-24 October, Milan, Italy) come and meet us at the Enlit Zone (7.3.C170, hall 7.3).
