  • What are the Rules and Regulations of the venue - Paris Expo Porte de Versailles?

You can find the complete list of Rules and Regulations on the page 'Rules & Regulations' on the menu 'Manage my Stand'.

  • What Health and Safety regulations do I need to consider and what documents do I need to submit?

If it's applicable to your stand type, you will find all the relevant Health and Safety information, documents and deadlines on the page ‘Health & Safety’ on the menu ‘Manage My Stand’. Please note that the submission of the required documentation is compulsory for all raw space exhibitors. 

  • What is the company responsible for shipment to and from the venue / my stand?

The official forwarder and exclusive lifting agent for Enlit Europe 2023 is DSV Solutions – Fairs & Events (Formerly Agility Fairs & Events). Check the page ‘Official Contractors’ on the menu ‘Manage My Stand’ for more information on how you can ship to and from the venue.

  • What are the official event suppliers?

All official contractors of the event are listed on the ‘Official Contractors’ page on the menu 'Manage My Stand'. 

  • What Building and Onsite Services are available and how can I order them?

Check the pages ‘Official Contractors’ and 'Order' on the menu ‘Manage My Stand’ to see all the available building and onsite services, where you will also find more information on how to order each one.

  • Which suppliers do you recommend?

On the page ‘Official Contractors’ on the menu ‘Manage My Stand’ you will find all our preferred suppliers who can assist you with your stand build, design, graphics, furniture, carpet, or anything else that helps your booth to stand out the most.

ATTENTION: The official Enlit Europe 2023 suppliers are the ones mentioned on the page ‘Official Contractors’ on the menu 'Manage My Stand'; any other offer made by non-official agents is not endorsed by the organisers of the event.

Sharing data with event suppliers/partners: We may pass on your nominated contact details to our official suppliers and partners to enhance your experience at our events. This could be, for example, stand construction partners, electricity and internet providers, for furniture, carpeting, etc. We have a legitimate interest to provide your details and your company’s details to our suppliers and partners because these services are required for a seamless exhibition experience, and it is in your interest to be provided with this information. If you prefer us not to share these details with our suppliers and partners, unsubscribe by contacting service@enlit-europe.com.

  • What are the key exhibitor deadlines?

Check the page ‘My Checklist’ for the key event deadlines, including Logistics and Marketing deadlines. You can also download a file with the deadlines here.   

  • What are the build-up and breakdown dates?  

Check the ‘Build-up and breakdown’ page on the menu ‘Manage My Stand’ for complete information according to your stand type.

Company Information    

  • How can I edit my company profile on the Enlit Europe website?

On the page ‘My Profile’ you can edit all the information the website visitors can see about you (including your logo, company description, press releases or social media channels, and more) and your stand builder contact information (when applicable).

If you wish to change your company's Categories - Type of Organisation & Core Area of Focus, go to the page 'My Checklist' and click on 'Select your company type of organisation; this will show on your exhibitor profile​​' or 'Select up to 3 core areas of focus to show on your exhibitor profile​' to edit them (even if the task is marked as complete, you can still edit the categories). 

  • How can I edit my company profile on the Energy Sector or Projects Directory on Enlit.World?

As an Exhibitor / Partner or Project at Enlit Europe 2023 in Paris, you have a free listing on the online platform Energy Sector Directory or Projects Directory, which you can also manage and update. Part of the (company/project) information you add to this Exhibitor Portal will automatically update your listing on Enlit.World, including the fields Company Name, Company Description, Website, Social Media profiles (X, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube), Categories, and Country.
The updates will be live max 24 hours after you update your Exhibitor Portal.

If you want to make changes to other fields on Enlit.World, you can do so directly on Enlit.World: Company banner, Logo, Company headline, Contact Email, Countries (additional), Tags, Year of Foundation, Featured Video, Member management (when available).

A user has been created for you (with this email address:  ) when you were given access to this Exhibitor Portal and you were sent an activation email from Enlit.World at the same time you were sent your login credentials to the Exhibitor Portal.

Marketing & Promotion Opportunities

  • I am interested in extra branding options, where can I find more information about this?

Check the pages ‘Sponsorship & Upgrade Opportunities’ and 'Content Marketing Opportunities' for more branding options.

  • Where can I find the event logo?

You can download the logo on the page 'Promotion & Media' on the menu ‘Marketing & Promotion’.

  • How can I promote the event to my network?

There are different tools and tips available on this Exhibitor Portal to help you promote the event to your network in an easy and effective way. Check out the page 'Promotion & Media' on the menu 'Marketing & Promotion' for more information.

  • Where can I find the media/ press list?

Sponsors have the opportunity to gain access to the press list of attending media to Enlit Europe 2023.

Due to GDPR, we cannot release the full press list, but we can share a list of confirmed press registered to attend the event (without contact details). That will give you an idea as to which magazines / news outlets will be represented at the event. For this information, check the page 'Promotion & Media' on the menu 'Marketing & Promotion'.

Our press registrations usually start coming in a couple of weeks before the event and, if you require an update, please e-mail us.

Don’t forget that all exhibitors, partners and sponsors can upload their press releases to become visible on their online profile on the event website, and also available to registered press members. Go to the page ‘My Press Releases’ to upload yours.

Networking Options

  • What networking opportunities are available before and during the event?

The event networking platform will allow you to be matched with participants interested in your solutions, gather qualified leads, organise meetings with prospects in Paris and increase your ROI. This platform will be available in November.

 

Registration & Access

  • How can exhibitors register for the event?

All the information about exhibitor registration is available on the page 'Register my Staff' under 'Register & Invite'.

All exhibitors need to register for the event via the Registration hub.

It is also mandatory to register online for build-up passes. Check the page 'Register my Staff' under 'Register & Invite'.

You and your team will also be able to send an unlimited number of invitations to your clients or prospects, so they can meet you in Paris. Check the page 'Invite my Clients' under 'Register & Invite' for more information.

  • How do I get my exhibitor pass to access Enlit Europe in Paris?

One week prior to the event everyone who has registered, including exhibitors and visitors, will receive an e-mail from the organisers with the barcode email they can bring to the venue, scan it and print their badge.

It is also mandatory to register online for build-up passes. Check the page 'Register my Staff​​​' under 'Register & Invite' for more information.

  • Can exhibitors register for the Summit at a special rate?

Yes, exhibitors can register for an Exhibitor Delegate pass at a discounted exhibitor rate. Please go to the page 'Register my Staff' under 'Register & Invite' to access your Registration Hub and register for your Exhibitor Delegate pass. 

  • How can I get my invitation link to invite customers?

Check the page 'Invite my Clients' under 'Register & Invite' to know about your invitation options.

  • Can I register customers I want to invite to the event?

Due to GPDR, it is not possible for you to register your customers. You will have to send them your invitation link, so they can register themselves. Check the page 'Invite my Clients' on the menu 'Register & Invite' for more information.

  • Can I get a VISA invitation letter from the organiser?

We can help you with your VISA application by issuing an Invitation Letter: on the registration form, please select that you need a VISA invitation letter and fill out your details. Your invitation letter will be available after you register on the Registration hub and you (and your colleagues) will also be able to download it from the confirmation email you receive after you register.

Venue - Paris Expo Porte de Versailles

  • How do I get to Paris Expo Porte de Versailles?

  • Can I book my hotel at discounted rates?  

Enlit Europe 2023 works with dedicated agents that provide special discounts and rates for hotel bookings around the venue. Check the page 'Travel Information' under 'General Info' for more details.

  • How can I park my car at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles?

Parking tickets can be purchased by exhibitors via the venue, Paris Expo Porte de Versailles. Check the page 'Parking' for more information.

  • Will there be free Wi-Fi in the venue during Enlit Europe?

During the event, there will be open Wi-Fi available for all visitors in the exhibition halls. This network will be able to support all basic internet functionalities (mobile devices / event website access). Access details will be shared on-site.  

To ensure the stability and quality of this network, it is not allowed for exhibitors to create their own wireless network. If the general network does not suffice for the specific wireless requirements of the exhibitor that go beyond usage of mobile phone, wired internet can be ordered – check the page 'Official Contractors' on the menu 'Manage my Stand' for more information.

  • PRACTICAL INFORMATION

Cloakroom: There will be a cloakroom service available at the Main Entrance of Pavilion 7. It will be open during event days from 1 hour prior to and until 30 minutes after opening hours. Please note that a fee of €2 per item will apply.

ATM: ATMs will be available in front of Pavilion 7, at the Info Point located on the left side of Gate A2, and outside Pavilion 1.

First Aid: The general medical office is located right next to hall 5.

Taxis: Taxi stations are located just outside of Gate A1 (next to the LED screen) and Gate A2 (next to Pavilion 1).
