  • Where can I find the deadlines for Enlit Europe 2024?

  • What are the build-up and breakdown dates?  

Check the ‘Schedule & Build-up and breakdown’ page on the menu ‘My Stand’ for complete information according to your stand type.

  • What are the Rules and Regulations of the venue - Fiera Milano di Rho?

You can find the complete list of Rules and Regulations on the page 'Rules & Regulations' on the menu 'My Stand'.

  • What Health and Safety regulations do I need to consider and what documents do I need to submit?

If it applies to your stand type, you will find all the relevant Health and Safety information, documents and deadlines on the page 'Rules & Regulations and Health & Safety' on the menu 'My Stand'. Submitting the required documentation is mandatory for all raw space exhibitors. 

  • What is the company responsible for shipment to and from the venue / my stand?

The official forwarder and exclusive lifting agent for Enlit Europe 2024 is Kuehne+Nagel. Check the page ‘Order' on the menu ‘My Stand’ for more information on how you can ship to and from the venue.

  • What are the official event suppliers?

All official suppliers are listed on the ‘Order’ page on the menu 'My Stand'. 

  • What Building and Onsite Services are available and how can I order them?

Check the page 'Order' on the menu ‘My Stand’ to see all the available building and onsite services, as well as information on how to order each service.

  • Which suppliers do you recommend?

On the page ‘Order’ on the menu ‘My Stand’ you will find the official event suppliers who can assist you with your stand build, design, graphics, furniture, carpet, or anything else that helps your booth stand out.

ATTENTION: The official Enlit Europe 2024 suppliers are the ones mentioned on the page ‘Order’ on the menu 'My Stand'; any other offer made by non-official agents is not endorsed by the organisers of the event.

Sharing data with event suppliers/partners: We may pass on your nominated contact details to our official suppliers and partners to enhance your experience at our events. This could be, for example, stand construction partners, electricity and internet providers, for furniture, carpeting, etc. We have a legitimate interest in providing your details and your company’s details to our suppliers and partners because these services are required for a seamless exhibition experience, and it is in your interest to be provided with this information. If you prefer us not to share these details with our suppliers and partners, unsubscribe by contacting service@enlit-europe.com.

Company Profile    

  • How can I edit my company profile on the Enlit Europe website?

On the page ‘My Profile’ you can edit your company profile (including your logo, company description, press releases or social media channels, and more) and your stand builder contact information (if applicable).

If you wish to change your company's Categories - Type of Organisation & Area of Focus, go to the page 'My Checklist' and click on 'Select 1 type of organisation option to show on your exhibitor profile​.' or 'Select up to 3 areas of focus to show on your exhibitor profile​' to edit them (even if the task is marked as complete, you can still edit the categories). 

  • How can I edit my company profile on the Energy Sector or Projects Directory on Enlit.World?

As an Exhibitor / Partner or Project at Enlit Europe 2024 in Milan, you have a free listing on the online platform Energy Sector Directory or Projects Directory, which you can also manage and update. Part of the (company/project) information you add to this Exhibitor Portal will automatically update your listing on Enlit.World, including the fields Company Name, Company Description, Website, Social Media profiles (X, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube), Categories, and Country.
The updates will be live max 24 hours after you update your Exhibitor Portal; please note that once content is synched to Enlit.World the first time, subsequent updates will have to be made on Enlit.World directly (because updates on Enlit Europe will not overwrite existing content on Enlit.World).

If you want to make changes to other fields on Enlit.World, you can do so directly on Enlit.World: Company banner, Logo, Company headline, Contact Email, Countries (additional), Tags, Year of Foundation, Featured Video, Member management (when available).

A user has been created for you (with this email address:  ) when you were given access to this Exhibitor Portal and you were sent an activation email from Enlit.World at the same time you were sent your login credentials to the Exhibitor Portal.

Marketing & Promotion Opportunities

  • I am interested in extra branding options, where can I find more information about this?

Check the page ‘Get more promotion’ for more branding options in Milan and for year-round multimedia opportunities.

  • Where can I find the event logo?

You can download the logo on the page 'Promote your participation' on the ‘Marketing’ menu, or click here directly.

  • How can I promote the event to my network?

Check out the page 'Promote your participation' on the 'Marketing' menu to find the tools and tips available to help you promote the event to your network.

  • Where can I find the media/ press list?

Due to GDPR, we can only share a list of confirmed press organisations registered to attend the event (without contact details) - check the page 'Promote your participation' on the 'Marketing' menu. Our press registrations usually start coming in a couple of weeks before the event, so until we can disclose the 2024 list, we will share the Enlit Europe 2023 press list.

Don’t forget that all exhibitors, partners and sponsors can upload their press releases to become visible on their online profile on the event website, and also available to registered press members. Go to the page ‘My Press Releases’ to upload yours.

Leads & Networking

  • What networking opportunities are available before and during the event?

The event networking platform will allow you to be matched with participants interested in your solutions, gather qualified leads, organise meetings with prospects in Milan and increase your ROI. Check the 'Event App' page to find out how you can use it as an exhibitor at Enlit Europe to interact with the attendees and build your network in Milan.

  • Can I scan badges to collect leads during the event?

Exhibitors will be able to scan attendees' badges at their stand using the lead scanner app available. Check out more information about the lead scanners on the 'Order' page.

Venue - Fiera Milano di Rho

  • How do I get to Fiera Milano di Rho?

Check the 'Venue, Hotel & Travel' page for travelling options to Fiera Milano di Rho.

  • Can I book my hotel at discounted rates?  

Enlit Europe 2024 works with dedicated agents that provide exclusive discounts (of up to 30% and sometimes more) for hotel bookings around the venue. Check the page 'Venue, Hotel & Travel' for more details.

  • How can I park my car at Fiera Milano di Rho?

Exhibitors can register for Parking tickets via the venue webshop, Fiera Milano di Rho. Check the page 'Parking' for more information.

  • Will there be free Wi-Fi in the venue during Enlit Europe?

Free Wi-Fi will be available for all visitors in the exhibition halls. This network will support basic internet functionalities (mobile devices / event website access) and access details will be shared on-site.  

To ensure the stability and quality of this network, exhibitors are not allowed to create their wireless network. If this general network is not enough for the specific wireless requirements of exhibitors, you can order wired internet. Check the page 'Order' on the menu 'My Stand' for more information.

  • PRACTICAL INFORMATION

Cloakroom: There will be a cloakroom service available on the Exhibition Floor. It will be open during event days from 30 minutes prior to and until 30 minutes after opening hours. Please note that a fee of €2 per item will apply.

ATM: ATMs are available close to the halls and at the South Gate entrance. Click here for the map of the venue.

First Aid: The general medical office is located at the Service Center, next to Hall 7. 

Taxis: Taxi stations are located just outside of the East Gate entrance.
