Build up and Breakdown passes are mandatory. More information on how to register will follow soon. Make sure you inform your workers accordingly.

Please note:

  • All aisles have to be free of any obstructions on Monday, 28 November, as of 16h00.
  • After 8h00 on Tuesday, 29 November, no more work is to be carried out on your stand. Inspections will make sure all is clear and ready for the official opening at 9h00.
  • Trucks are allowed on the premises, to enter the venue and park overnight will be free of charge only during the build-up and breakdown times. A paid parking lot for the trucks will be there during the show. More information

Stand Information - Raw Space, Shell Scheme & Premium stands

RAW SPACE

In this package, only the space rental itself is included. All carpet, electricity, rigging, cleaning and additional items are to be ordered separately.

Raw Space Exhibitors are responsible to build their own stand taking into account the building regulations stipulated by the venue and event organiser available here.

SHELL SCHEME STAND

The Shell Scheme package includes:

  • 2.5m high silver system shell scheme
  • White wall infill panels
  • White fascia infill panels
  • Nameboard with company name and stand number to each open side of stand
  • Roll carpet covered with plastic protective covering (excluding onsite removal)
  • Daily stand cleaning

Electrical Equipment:

  • 3 x LED spotlights on a track for each 9 sq.m. of stand space
  • 1 x 1kw socket outlet
  • 1.5kw mains supply with power consumption

Furniture:

  • 1 x Square table with white top
  • 2 x Chairs
  • 1 x Waste bin

 

Please be aware that the company name displayed on the Exhibitor Portal will be used for the Fascia of your stand, unless agreed otherwise with the event stand builder by the set deadline.

 

 

PREMIUM STAND

Premium A

Aisle stand A (1 side open) includes:

  • 2.5 m high Aluvision constructed walls with panels from stock colours
  • 2.5m wide x 4m high Aluvision constructed wall with white panels and a logo panel at the top
  • 2m x 1m store area with lockable door located behind the eye-catcher wall
  • 2 x shelves and 1 x set of hat & coat hooks inside the store area
  • Roll carpet covered with plastic protective covering (excluding onsite removal)
  • Full-colour graphics to both side walls each 2m wide x 2.5m high
  • Daily stand cleaning

Electrical Equipment:

  • 8 x LED spotlights on extension arms
  • 1 x Double socket outlet & 1 x socket for the flat screen
  • 42” Flat screen located on the eye-catcher wall
  • 1.5kw mains supply with power consumption

Furniture:

Please note:

  • all stand catering has to be ordered through the show exclusive partner Messe Frankfurt; no other catering companies are allowed on the premises.
  • free Wi-Fi network will be available on the exhibition floor for all attendees. The network will be able to support all basic internet functionalities.

If you are not using Agility as the freight forwarder, PLEASE READ THE SHIPPING MANUAL CAREFULLY to avoid any problems and make sure your freight forwarder applies the same deadlines. 

When not using the services from Agility for your shipment, please take into account neither Agility nor Clarion Energy are responsible for any of the handling of the shipment or for the storage of empties during the show period. Costs incurred from any items left after the end of the show which have not been picked up by your courier company will be charged to the exhibitor.

Rules & Regulations

Clarion Energy Exhibit Rules and Regulations are a binding and integral part of the exhibitor's contract with Enlit Europe 2022.
The policies and procedures may differ greatly from other meetings or trade shows. We would like to stress the importance of carefully reviewing the Rules & Regulations of the show in their entirety.

Please note that these Rules and Regulations are supplemental to the Terms and Conditions and both are incorporated into the Contract made between the Organiser and Exhibitor or Sponsor relating to the Exhibition.

*Note that all exhibitors with a Raw Space stand MUST provide drawings of the proposed stand, for approval, as well as the necessary paperwork. Details can be found here.

Health & Safety

Enlit Europe 2022 has set standards which will safeguard the health and safety of any person working at or visiting our event.

If you are a Raw Space Exhibitor, it is mandatory for you to submit specific paperwork to Abraxys Global, the official Health & Safety Management company of the show. Deadlines are as follows:

Complex Stands - deadline 1 October 2022

 

Non-Complex Stands - deadline 15 October 2022

Health & Safety Officer
A Health & Safety Officer has been appointed to monitor and assess health and safety risks to all parties during the show and reserves the right to advise the organisers on imposing such measures as to ensure safe build up, open and breakdown periods. They will be based on site in the Organisers Office; if you need advice before the event, please contact Abraxys Global.
